Cartier nailed it!
(pardon the pun, it was just too easy!)
As you all may know, I love my hardware. I found the quintessential Item of Desire, the “Just a Nail” ring from the rebellious natured Juste UN Clou Collection. As a designer, I was immediately fascinated by Cartier’s genius recreation of a simple tool box nail! My absolute favorite version is the white gold with diamonds. The bent hardware ranges from $2,200-$36,000 and is definitely a must-have on my list.

They say everything is bigger and better in Texas. When it comes to weddings, nobody does it bigger and better than the Texas bride. Straight off the runway, the latest ANNE BOWEN Bridal Collection will make its debut at Stanley Korshak in Dallas. This year, we were fortunate enough to have the incredibly talented and always lovely Laura Hodgkinson and Becky Tanenbaum from Stanley Korshak join us in our New York showroom for bridal market. Here they gave us insight into what the Texas brides are looking for…
Never one to follow the crowd, this season ANNE BOWEN collaborated with the uber-talented event-design company L’Oasis Floral Design to create the truly spectacular décor for her FALL 2010 bridal presentation.
Using the treasures of the natural world their work combines color, texture and style to create a stunning effect. Graceful, imaginative and constantly surprising each bouquet is consciously thought out and always created with love and care.
Our newest store SOYOO Bridal in Korea kept raving about these bouquets during their recent visit to our showroom. (We were lucky enough to have them on display in our showroom during bridal market.)
Again, thanks to Laurence and Armando for pushing the limits of our imagination to create some truly memorable moments.
For her Fall 2010 runway presentation, fashion designer ANNE BOWEN went above and beyond to make sure that her models and guests traveled in style. This year, the designer partnered with Brilliant Transportation who shuttled models from the Warren Tricomi Salon to our majestic venue at 3 West 57th Street and later transported guests to their next destinations after the show. These, however, were anything but your normal shuttle vans.
More akin to a luxury jet than ground transportation, the Brilliant Van made by Mercedes-Benz offers the ultimate in luxury with hardwood floors and host of amenities including DIRECTTV, surround sound, a refrigerator and discreet full service bar.
Brilliant Transportation offers a unique and memorable experience for your wedding day or any other special event. After riding in these vans, we can only predict the inevitable demise of the wedding limo.

Known for her stylized evening wear, Anne introduced her distinguished, red carpet design philosophy to the bridal market. Architectural fused with simplicity, fresh and non-traditional, the gowns stay true to the Anne Bowen aesthetic. The collection offers a no-frills drama, atypical of bridal designs to-date.
