Cartier nailed it!
(pardon the pun, it was just too easy!)
As you all may know, I love my hardware. I found the quintessential Item of Desire, the “Just a Nail” ring from the rebellious natured Juste UN Clou Collection. As a designer, I was immediately fascinated by Cartier’s genius recreation of a simple tool box nail! My absolute favorite version is the white gold with diamonds. The bent hardware ranges from $2,200-$36,000 and is definitely a must-have on my list.
Designer Anne Bowen continues to help Sara find the perfect dress for her wedding in Jamaica. Like many brides, Sara has a vision in her mind but is easily overwhelmed with her options. By having Sara try on a variety of styles and asking her what she likes and does not like about each style, Anne is able to help Sara narrow down her options and get her one step close to finding the perfect gown.
Designer Anne Bowen creates spirited, sexy and modern collections. As a luxury brand, her designs reflect on the inner confidence and individuality of women everywhere. Anne Bowen began designing at a very young age. Inspired by her mother's taste for menswear, she experimented with rich colors, textures and draping. Her designs possess simplicity in silhouette with an exquisite structure and are often adorned with semi-precious and precious stones.
Anne Bowen premiered her bridal collection during New York’s illustrious Bridal Fashion Week at The Plaza Hotel. Known for her stylized evening wear, Anne introduced her distinguished, red carpet design philosophy to the bridal market. Architectural fused with simplicity, fresh and non-traditional, the gowns stay true to the Anne Bowen aesthetic. The collection offers a no-frills drama, atypical of bridal designs to-date.
